General Purpose

Our company headquarter needs a motivated, results-driven Business Development Specialist to sell our products and services in the Canadian markets. The Business Development Specialist’s responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Business Development Specialist, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our company’s visual appearance in high standards.

Job Duties

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Make cold calls and answering phone calls
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Provide management with information regarding local market opportunity and identifying new business opportunities
  • Manage sales pipeline in Sales software

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of both inside and outside sales experience
  • Proven track of sales performance
  • Minimum college degree, preferred in business or finance
  • Ability to converse & consult with customers, providing educational value during the process
  • Basic knowledge of Payment tech's products and pricing practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Chinese andEnglish
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Able to analyze complex situation and make independent decisions
  • Performance driven, self-motivated, and the ability to build a territoryplan
  • Confident and able to differentiate yourself
